Delivering trusted and compassionate bone, joint, and muscle care to the residents and communities in the Capital District region of upstate New York, western Massachusetts, and southern Vermont since 1963, our doctors offer a comprehensive array of services and treatments for the spine, hand, upper and lower extremities, and hips as well as treatment for sports-related injuries and conditions. Each of our doctors is dedicated to developing a treatment plan that is as unique as you are, and all are focused on returning you to your active lifestyle.

First and foremost, The Bone & Joint Center is committed to providing each patient with individualized care in a compassionate and competent manner. We are committed to the missions of teaching the next generation of orthopaedic surgeons and in performing community-based research. Supporting our doctors is a dedicated network of physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, technical staff, medical secretaries, and clerical support staff ready to provide prompt attention to our patients’ needs.

Our surgeons at The Bone & Joint Center are all specialty-trained in orthopaedic care. Our practice has an academic affiliation with Albany Medical Center’s orthopaedic residency program, and our surgeons provide orthopaedic care and coverage at both Albany Medical Center and St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. Our primary office is at 1367 Washington Avenue in Albany, with six other office locations conveniently located throughout the Capital Region. These include offices in Catskill, Clifton Park, Latham, Malta, Saratoga, and Schenectady.

We provide our patients with convenient access to digital medical imaging, MRI imaging, ultrasound, and durable medical equipment (DME). In the spring of 2016, our practice began providing walk-in Orthopaedic Urgent Care services at our Albany office location, seven days per week, allowing for expanded access, diagnosis, and treatment for acute orthopaedic needs. The Bone & Joint Center, located at 1367 Washington Avenue in Albany, also provides ambulatory surgical services at the Capital Region Ambulatory Surgery Center (CRASC) and the Center for Advanced Ambulatory Surgery. Both of our surgery centers and our urgent care center represent our commitment to improving access and delivery of specialized bone, joint, and muscle care in a nonhospital setting.
