Revenue Cycle Supervisor

The Bone & Joint Center is currently seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Supervisor to join our team. The position assists with the coordination and performance of assigned billing functions in a private medical practice setting. The position has responsibility/management oversight of the effective use of the practice management system, collaborate with operational staff to ensure practice billing effectiveness, and provide feedback to practice leadership on department needs. 

A successful candidate must be able to work well in a fast-paced team environment, have excellent communication skills, management and insurance experience, and the ability to work collaboratively. An ideal candidate will have at least 5 years working experience in healthcare with at least 3 years in a revenue cycle or business office function.  Minimum BS degree in a related field required.
