Experienced Director of Operations Tracy Lis Now COO at The Bone & Joint Center

The Bone & Joint Center, Albany County’s most preferred orthopaedic practice, has recently selected Tracy Lis as its new COO. Serving in health care administration for the Capital Region community for over 20 years, Lis is a Certified Physician Practice Manager who will help lead The Bone & Joint Center moving forward. Serving patients at 1367 Washington Ave., Suite 200, as well as locations throughout the Capital Region, The Bone & Joint Center offers specialized bone, joint and muscle care to area residents of all ages and activity levels. Working with The Bone & Joint Center since 2021, Lis has helped structure and execute a substantial number of crucial changes in her time with the team. She played a key role in the new electronic health record implementation as well as the branding and construction of the practice’s new walk-in Orthopaedic Urgent Care service. As The Bone & Joint Center’s COO, Lis will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice.
