“I feel very fortunate that Dr. Uhl was on call when I broke my ankle on July 1. Breaking bones and requiring surgery on a holiday weekend doesn't always work out well! My ankle is healing well, and I am full weight bearing, with good range of motion. My experience with The Bone & Joint Center has been positive as well. I did see reviews stating that people had long waits in the waiting room, which was not my experience at all. Everyone has been very pleasant and professional. “From the moment I checked into the fourth floor for my surgery, I was treated with the utmost respect. All the nurses and physicians were so kind and told me everything about my procedure so I would not be concerned. Dr. Uhl came to see me before surgery and reassured me about everything. The surgery went as planned and before I knew it I was back in recovery having some juice and crackers. Dr. Uhl went to the waiting room to tell my husband everything went fine. I dressed and was taken by wheel chair to our car. It was the most professional and reassuring medical experience I have had.
